This story made the news last week.
It concerns the champions league match between Lille and. Real Madrid that was held on October 2, last year.

Feom this penaly Lille scores and eventually win 1-0.
Before the penalty Lille was given a free kick outside the box.
At this precise point then punter says he placed a bet on Lille to score first and the bet was accepted.
It was a 1500 euro bet he says and the price offered was some 2 to 1.
The company was fonbet.
Now what happens ?
During the penalty investigation and until it was taken they have to suspend the betting.
This is the normal thing.
But they don't stop the betting !
By mistake or by design the don't stop the betting.
That allows them to cancel the bets after the penalty, declare them "palpable error" and return the stakes.
But what apparently they did was cancel bets from several minutes or seconds before the penalty !
So they refuse to pay.
I think it was by design. As soon as they saw var checking for penalty they did not stop betting on purpose,
so as to be able to cancel the big 1500 euro bet.
Now what can the man do ?
He has time stamp for his bet but he also needs an accurate time stamp for the events on the pitch.
He says he has both, but they still refuse.
However I doubt his timing for the pitch events is 100% accurate and to be able to claim his money
in a court of law he needs to be pretty accurate.
So the question is this:
Can we find the exact time of the penalty ? The instant at which Camavinga handles the ball.
In the video it says 43' 59'' but that's the match chronometer not the time.
Is it possible to find it ?
Suppose it was something, else some other kind of video.
The king's Christmas message for example.
That was scheduled for December 24, 9.00 pm.
But did he start talking at 9.00 pm precisely ?
Maybe he started talking at 9.00.30 or even 9.01.00 and likely no one noticed.
Now we want the exact time. Is there anything we can do, through the BBC for example or otherwise ?
