Betting on lower level sports in the UK

I was wondering if you get markets whilst in the UK on lower level sports that are taking place in the UK such as ITF tennis held in Sunderland or Glasgow for example? I see other ITF tournaments in other countries available but can’t see any betting for the event in Sunderland on Monday?
I know that betting on UK Ice hockey in the UK is condemned so was wondering if maybe this is similar across other sports? And which ones?
Sorry for the newbie question, Google wasn’t much help
