Previous "high" to surpass: 26.36 pts profit on Mon 24 Oct

I think it's time to bring this thread to a close. In just over a month - from Sept 18 to Oct 24 - this system made 26.36 points profit.
In the 15 days following it's lost the lot (plus another 6.14 pts for good measure).
 
Although I stopped posting the bets, I've been keeping track of them, as below. Clearly I won't be "claiming" the results, as it would be massive after-timing. I just wanted to show how the profit "would have been" 9.19 pts profit in 59 days.

Although that translates to 5 pts profit a month, it's wafer-thin when you think that TODAY'S profit alone was 5.5 points. The maximum number of daily bets this system has is 6, which sometimes all lose, so a 6-point daily loss is not uncommon. Once again, the whole thing seems wafer-thin.

I don't know whether to post here every day for another month, or call it a day and try something else. Any suggestions?

You obviously think there is something in it or you wouldn’t have carried on with it.
Maybe it was just a mediocre two months.
I wonder, if you had stopped at a winner every day, would it have made more profit or been worse?
Or maybe it’s time for V4

Hi Alien Alien, I've decided to start posting again for 30 days, then I'll have 3 months' results to consider -- should hopefully give a truer picture. Re. SAW, I've never been a fan. All it does is produce a subset of the whole, and the subset will necessarily have the exact characteristics of the whole.
 
Hi MartinK MartinK, I think it’s a good idea that you have decided to test this for another month. Even though profit seems small, main thing it is still profit after two months of testing with average of 4-5 selections a day. And we all know it is not easy to achieve profit in this game.

If I get the time, I will go through your results on this thread and see if I can offer a more positive suggestion.

Hi Alien Alien, I haven't tweaked anything, it's been exactly the same "version 3" from the start.
